ExpresSo NB, the corporate innovation arm of PTT, Thailands national energy company, is hiring for its Venture Capital team. We are looking for a passionate, motivated professional to play a critical role in advancing ClimateTech and sustainability through venture investments.

Position Overview 

• As part of our Venture Capital team, you will support the full investment lifecyclefrom deal sourcing to execution and post-investment monitoring. You will contribute meaningfully to: 
• Sourcing & Screening: Identify and evaluate investment leads; conduct initial outreach and maintain records 
• Due Diligence: Perform technical, commercial, and legal evaluations, including competitive analysis, valuation modeling, and memos 
• Deal Execution: Assist with negotiation strategy, investment structuring, and terms preparation 
• Portfolio Management: Monitor portfolio company performance and provide regular updates to senior leadership 
• Ecosystem Building: Develop and maintain relationships with entrepreneurs, VC, CVC, and broader startup community
